James talks about the KitCarConnection.com site and the process he uses for adding content including articles and photos and asks the question: Am I working or playing? Charles and James talk about the mindset of people coming into the affiliate marketing business and how the light bulbs come on when they realize that they can build sites around their passions and still make some extra income. James talks about the advantages of Elance and finding experienced writers who are knowledgeable in all kinds of fields. James talks about the PAD technique and how he gets the inbound links to his site. James believes that some people who are familiar with the technique don’t always employ it because there is an element of fear or caution about approaching another webmaster to post articles on their site. James includes the headline of the article and the first two paragraphs for the webmasters to review as part of his approach. Most webmasters do not have the wherewithal to create the content that James is offering them. James and Charles talk about exactly what James sends the webmasters in terms of the actual HTML. Steady content plus pad technique is a good combination.
