Information: James and Charles talk about Arlene’s recent breakation and James discusses the importance of taking breaks from work to keep fresh when it comes to work. In August James is planning to head down to Panama for a little bit of a holiday then in October he is going to head down to Maui with Arlene. The Martell children are all heading out to various destinations over the summer as well. If you want to get productive take a break. James takes his laptop with him on his vacations as it is relatively easy these days to find a wireless connection to the Internet wherever you are taking a vacation. James discusses the visitor profile for Arlene’s site. Once they developed the visitor profile they started discussing what the profiled visitor would like to see when they arrive at the site and what they would want to do when they came to the site. The visitor profile allows Arlene to better construct the site for the visitor and choose better merchants based on the criteria they established. James will make available the visitor profile they created on the updates page which will give handbook owners the opportunity to see how it work and how to create their own visitor profiles. James and Charles discuss some of the things Arlene is going through in the creation of her epilepsy site. Arlene has kept a complete record of everything she has done from the start of her construction of the website.
