Information: James is about to head down to Affiliate Summit in Las Vegas. The Affiliate Summit event will be taking place on February 24th 2008. (Affiliate Summit 2008 West - Feb. 24-26 Rio All Suite Hotel & Casino) James has been a regular attendee of the Summit for several years now (this is a twice annual event) and talks with Charles about his previous Summit experience and what he expects at a Summit. James recommends that someone who has established their sites somewhat before going to an event like Affiliate Summit. James will be speaking at The Ten Golden Rules Internet Marketing Boot Camp conference the day before Affiliate Summit at The Rio. There will be about half a dozen speakers at the $199 event. James is currently running an online Super Boot Camp a six month 26 session series of classes. James’ idea in running the Boot Camp over a longer period had the advantage of not trying to cram things into a short period like the previous 10 week sessions. Going slower allows the students to absorb the language and process of affiliate marketing. Arlene is still moving through the process of creating her website and is working through how to create the content. She has been following through the process with the other students in the Super Boot Camp. James talks about some particular aspects of what is taught during the Super Boot Camp including how he gets content produced the way he wants it from a writer. James’ KitCarConnection site has currently hit 10K visitors per month. The Super Boot Camp sessions are filled and currently closed. James has been video recording every session for later release.
