Information: James and Charles talk about this being the 100th Affiliate Buzz show. James and Charles talk about the origins of Affiliate Buzz – the intention of the show and what their concerns were when they were getting things launched. There were problems at the start and but as with all things once it got rolling it was successful. James and Charles talk a little about some of the Buzz subscribers and how they use Affiliate Buzz. They discuss the importance of receiving the first cheque from affiliate vendors. The Buzz was designed for people starting out. James and Charles talk about the private members area, the cost and who it was designed for. The private members area grew out of requests for increased interaction with James from owners of the handbook. James started doing BootCamp training with online conference room software then started doing live Coffee Talk interviews with special guests and then put together a forum for private members to chat and then once a month for 90 minutes James runs a live Q&A with the members. James discusses the question someone posted in the forum about affiliate marketing sites being rejected by DMOZ. James explains what the directory looks for and why a site might be rejected.
